Instruction:
- Put the stick on the box, and put 5 pcs net yarn tulle into the box. We can use tag to stick the holder and stick together.
- Pull the bubble balloon and inflate it, then release air.
- Put 18 inch color balloon into the bubble balloon, inflate it to 13 inch.
- One centerpiece need 4 pcs 5 inch balloon, inflate it to 4 inch. Tie 2 balloons together, twist each two in one.
