At PartyLandUp, we want you to love your premium event decor. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
β Unused and in the same condition as received
β In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
β Free from damage, stains, or alterations
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact us at partylandup@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 18211436852 within 20 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
Step 3: We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Step 4: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our return authorization.
Return Shipping Address
Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email. Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns (China): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Tip: For low-value items (under $50 USD), contact us before returning. We may offer alternative solutions to save you shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your location and payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Rejected refunds: If items don't meet return eligibility criteria, we'll contact you with options to have the item(s) returned to you at your expense.
International Orders & Duties
Important: Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. If you paid duties or taxes on your order, these charges cannot be refunded as they are collected by customs authorities, not by PartyLandUp.
For international returns, you may be responsible for additional customs fees when the item re-enters your country. We recommend contacting us to discuss alternatives before returning international orders.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
β Custom or personalized orders
β Items marked as final sale
β Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
β Items returned without prior authorization
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at partylandup@gmail.com with photos and videos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Returns for wholesale or bulk orders may have different terms. Please contact us directly to discuss return options for large orders.
Refund Timeline by Location
The time to receive your refund depends on your location and payment provider:
Domestic (China): 5-10 business days after approval
International: 10-20 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider
