Shipping Zones & Rates
We offer shipping to customers internationally. All items are free shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7-20 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak celebration seasons, processing times may be extended. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (China): 7-20 business days
International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and local conditions.
International Orders & Customs
Duties and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance, which can add additional time to delivery. We include all required documentation (HS codes, detailed product descriptions) to facilitate smooth customs processing.
Important: As of August 29, 2025, de minimis no longer applies to shipments to the United States. All US imports are subject to duties and import taxes regardless of shipment value.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
